When you buy an instrument from us, you can be sure that you will get an instrument properly tested and prepared, ready to play and use at its greatest potential. Rarely we do get return requests, few in a year, all our customers are satisfied for the quality of the product. 

Sound is subjective, we know that and we don't want anyone being stuck with an instrument which doesn't resonate with his/her hearth. For this reason we do offer to return a purchase without any condition. 

PROCESS TO RETURN 

You have 14 days time to tell us that you want to return your article. The days are starting from the day that you have received the parcel; in order to start the return request you have to contact us directly through any contact  method which you can find on the website. The instrument has to be sent in the same condition of when you got it, there shouldn't be any sign of usage. 

SHIPPING 

After confirming the return request, we will confirm with you when the box will be ready and we will send our courier to pick-up the parcel. Sometime customers prefer to send back the parcel on their own, if this is the case just confirm with us the address of delivery before dispatch. 

REFUNDS AND SHIPPING COSTS

Once we receive the parcel back we will inspect the instrument making sure there is no any sign of usage. After approval, we will send a complete refund equal to the cost of the product to the same payment method you have used to make the purchase. If you prefer to receive a bank transfer, then you can tell us your bank details. 

If you have received a damaged/defective item, then both the shipping costs will be covered by us and will be refunded along with the product cost.

If you want to return for any other reason other then damage, the shipping costs of both ways will be shared between you and us. This means that we will cover the sending costs and you will cover the return costs.

RETURNS OUT OF EUROPE

Our main warehouse is in Italy. For all European customers returns can be easily arranged to our place in Italy. If you live in a different continent and you are doubtful about purchasing/returning a product because of the distance or the shipping costs, don't worry, you can also return to one of our partners if there is any in your country. We do have partners in USA, Australia, Mexico.
