Monoj Kumar Sardar Harmonium 3 set of reeds

Harmonium ideal for professional players and for those who are searching a sublime quality of sound, manufactured in Calcutta (Kolkata). The 3 set of reeds give a sweet and full sound. It has a great sustain and the multifold bellow is very easy and soft in playing. It is made entirely in TEAK wood, which increases the performance of the harmonium. 

It has 4 air stops and 5 drones. The air stops allow to control the different sets of reeds, having in this the possibility of creating sound combinations. The drones are tuned in C#, D#, G#, A#, high C#. On request we can tune the drones differently.

In our workshop we make the tuning and refinement of each instrument before it is shipped.

This includes detailed inspection of the proper functioning of each part and improvement on the general performance.

We tune every instrument to 440Hz, and on request we can make tuning at 432Hz or others. Please select the type of tuning and contact us if you want a special setup of the instrument.
